1. When and where is R&G Oktoberfest 2025 taking place?
R&G Oktoberfest 2025 will be held on Saturday, October 4th at the R&G Arena, Lusaka.
2. What time do gates open and close?
Gates open at 14:00hrs, and the event runs until 02:00hrs the next morning.
3. Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online via Tessera and at Computicket outlets in Shoprite stores across Zambia.
4. What’s included with a VIP or Golden Circle ticket?

VIP Ticket (K500 pre-sale, K700 at the gate): Includes access to the VIP Zone with a great view of the stage, access to VIP bars, VIP toilets, exclusive food options, and entry to the VIP Game Zone with chances to win exciting prizes.

Golden Circle Ticket (K2,500): Offers a premium front-stage area, a welcome goodie box, access to the VIP Zone, and all VIP perks.

5. Will food and drinks be available at the event?
Yes! There will be over 10 food vendors in the general area and exclusive options in the VIP Zone. Bars throughout the venue will serve a wide variety of drinks – from ice-cold Mosi to craft cocktails.
6. How do I pay for food and drinks?
This year’s event will be fully cashless, powered by the 543 Konse Konse system.
Guests can pay via card or MoMo, and can also top up MoMo using cash at designated 543 kiosks within the venue.
7. Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. We’ve got plenty of great options inside the venue for you to enjoy.
8. Is there parking available?
Yes. We’ve extended and optimised the parking area to provide a smoother arrival experience. Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Are there age restrictions for the event?
Yes. R&G Oktoberfest is strictly 18+ only. You may be asked to show a valid ID at the gate.
10. Will there be security and medical support on site?
Yes. There will be professional security throughout the venue, a fully equipped First Aid Station, and an on-site ambulance to handle any medical emergencies.
11. What is the dress code?
There’s no formal dress code, but we highly encourage guests to embrace the Neon Beats theme! Think bold colours, neon lights, glow-in-the-dark accessories, and fun festival vibes.
