General FAQs for R&G Oktoberfest 2026
1. When and where is R&G Oktoberfest 2026 taking place?
R&G Oktoberfest 2026 will be held on Saturday, October 10th at the R&G Arena, Lusaka.
2. What time do gates open and close?
Gates open at 14:00hrs, and the event runs until 02:00hrs the next morning.
3. Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online via Tessera and at Computicket outlets in Shoprite stores across Zambia.
4. What’s included with a VIP?

VIP Ticket (K500 pre-sale, K700 at the gate): Includes access to the VIP Zone with great seating and a great view of the stage, access to VIP bars, VIP toilets, exclusive food options, and entry to the VIP Game Zone with chances to win exciting prizes. Plus, every VIP ticket holder gets a FREE exclusive limited edition RGOktfest cup.
5. Will food and drinks be available at the event?
Yes! There will be over 10 food vendors in the general area and exclusive options in the VIP Zone. Bars throughout the venue will serve a wide variety of drinks – from ice-cold Mosi to craft cocktails.
6. How do I pay for food and drinks?
This year, guests can pay using cash, card or MoMo at the event.
7. Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. We’ve got plenty of great options inside the venue for you to enjoy.
8. Is there parking available?
Yes. We’ve extended and optimised the parking area to provide a smoother arrival experience. Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Are there age restrictions for the event?
Yes. R&G Oktoberfest is strictly 18+ only. You may be asked to show a valid ID at the gate.
10. Will there be security and medical support on site?
Yes. There will be professional security throughout the venue, a fully equipped First Aid Station, and an on-site ambulance to handle any medical emergencies.
11. What is the dress code?
There’s no formal dress code, but we really want you to embrace the Africa Unleashed theme! 🌍🔥
Think bold African-inspired looks, prints, colours, accessories and festival fits. Go all out, keep it subtle,
or somewhere in between — just bring your own take on Africa Unleashed and come ready to stand out!
12. How can I become a vendor at the event?
Vending slots for RGOktfest26 are now full. However, if you’d like to be considered for future R&G
Events, we’d love to add you to our vendor database.
Simply email vendor@randggroup.com with your full company details, proposed menu and pricing,
along with any previous event or vending experience you have.
We’ll keep your details on file and get in touch when opportunities come up.
13. I’m interested in sponsoring the event. How can I get involved?
We offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold sponsorship tiers, with varying levels of brand exposure, on-site visibility, and engagement opportunities.
